A local island favorite for its fusion of international, Caribbean and Central American cuisine, O Restaurant offers seasonal menus showcasing fresh, locally sourced ingredients.  

 

Hours of Service 

Breakfast 7am to 11am  

Lunch 11am to 3pm   

Dinner 6pm to 9pm  

O Bar 11am to 9pm  

Jugo Bar 10am to 5pm servicing the pool deck and beach  

Room Service 7am to 8pm – Extension 501

Hotel Alcohol Policy  

Please be advised that guests must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol. Alcohol consumed in public areas of the resort (including the pool area, bars, O Restaurant, and at hosted events) must be purchased from and provided by Las Terrazas Resort. The Resort has a license for this purpose that allows us to do this legally. If anyone violates this rule, they may incur a fine of $1,000BZ ($500US) per person.  

 

Las Terrazas Resort is well known for corporate incentive trips and destination weddings with functions on the beach. In that the weather is not always cooperative with our plans we want to inform you that O Restaurant may be closed for a private function from time to time. Should this happen during your stay, Room Service will be offered or, if you prefer, our Front Desk can recommend alternative dining in town or close by. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
