After Hour Emergencies  

In the event of an emergency after the Front Desk closes, please call security at 9-671-2491 who will assist in contacting the manager on duty if necessary. In the event of a medical emergency that requires immediate medical attention, you may reach the General Manager at 9-610-2200 or the Assistant General Manager at 9-671-0506 or 9-630-4773.  In the event of a power outage, please be aware that there is an emergency flashlight and solar lantern in your unit's master bedroom for your comfort. For night time emergencies, you may reach emergency services via the police by dialing 9-911.  

 

Airlines & Airport Transportation  

Our staff at the Front Desk will be delighted to assist you with reservations, changes and confirmations. They can also reconfirm your departure time from Las Terrazas for your flight out of San Pedro. Please dial “0” for assistance.  

 

Babysitting & Baby Cribs  

Contact the Front Desk staff to arrange for a babysitter. The fee may be charged to your room account. Cribs are provided complimentary upon request. Please dial “0” for arrangements.  

 

Beach Towels  

Beach Towels are available from the Front Desk. Please return your beach towel to the Front Desk to exchange it for a fresh one. Any towels taken by you on an excursion must be returned to the resort. 

 

Beauty Services  

Serenity Spa offers a full menu of spa services. Please contact the Front Desk at extension “0” to assist you with hair, nail and treatment appointments. 

 

Bicycle Reservations  

Contact the Front Desk Staff at extension “0” for information regarding complimentary bicycles.  

 

Cancellations (Early Departure)  

Our team will make every effort to make guests’ stay at the Resort comfortable and safe.  Guests who voluntarily depart the Resort prior to their scheduled departure are not entitled to a refund of any type. Unused portions of accommodations, excursions, and other prepaid services are not refundable.  

 

Check-In / Check-Out  

Check-in: 3pm / Check-out: 11am. We will place a letter in your room the evening before your departure regarding your actual departure time and transfer arrangements. In any event, please do not hesitate to contact the Front Desk.  

 

Credit Cards and Currency  

Discover, Mastercard and Visa are accepted forms of payment throughout the resort. American Express is not widely accepted on the island. The Belize Dollar is the official currency of Belize. U.S. currency is accepted throughout Belize; however, your change will be returned to you in Belize Dollars.  

 

Dining 

O Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Casual attire is welcome. Dine in the comfort of O Restaurant or al fresco around the pool. Ask about our romantic private beach dinners for two. For other special occasions, a private beach dinner can be arranged for you to celebrate with your dear friends and family.  

 

Doctor / Dentist / Pharmacy 

For medical assistance, please contact our Front Desk staff between the hours of 6am and 10pm at extension “0”.  

 

Excursions and Tours  

The Concierge is available to assist in planning an array of exciting Excursions and Tours offered on the island and mainland. Please contact the Front Desk Staff at extension “0” to make arrangements or to speak with our Guest Services team.  

 

Facials and Massages  

During your stay at Las Terrazas Resort, take the time to refresh your mind and rejuvenate your body with a full menu of spa services. To arrange appointments at onsite Serenity Spa, please contact the Front Desk at extension “0”. 

 

Fishing  

Rods and reels for fishing from the dock are available for rental at the Front Desk. Bait is available for purchase at O Restaurant.  

 

Florist  

Floral arrangements may be ordered through the Front Desk at extension “0”.  

 

Front Desk & Concierge  

The Front Desk is staffed with fully trained hospitality professionals who have extensive knowledge of the local area and daily events. They are available to schedule restaurant reservations, unit upgrades, tours & excursions, spa appointments, wake-up calls, water taxi reservations, etc. Our Front Desk is open for any questions, comments or requests between the hours of 6am-9pm. Dial extension “0” for assistance.  

 

Golf Cart  

Golf Cart rental is available and may be arranged with the Front Desk Staff. Press extension “0” for assistance.  

 

Guest Room Access  

For your security and comfort, and that of other guests, only registered guests are permitted in guest rooms.  

 

Housekeeping  

We offer daily housekeeping services until 4pm. Should you desire housekeeping service scheduled at a special time or only on certain days please call the Front Desk at extension “0”. Evening turndown service is provided unless otherwise requested.  

 

Internet Access  

Wi-Fi access is complimentary and available in all residences and throughout the property.   

 

Laundry  

Washers and dryers are provided in each unit. Laundry detergent may be purchased at the Front Desk.  

 

Lobster Season  

Lobster Season is mid June – mid February, and when in Season, is available in O Restaurant.  Please check with your server.  

 

Lost & Found  

Please contact the Front Desk Staff at extension “0” who will be pleased to assist you in tracing misplaced items.  

 

Massage Treatments  

Massage treatments are available inside Serenity Spa, in your room, or in a private beach cabana. A variety of spa services may be arranged through our Front Desk by calling extension “0”.  

 

Medical  

Immediate first aid or assistance is available through the Front Desk. In the case of an EMERGENCY, 911 service is available by dialing 9-911. You may also dial the Front Desk at extension "0” to contact a House Doctor upon request. In cases of after-hours emergencies, the General Manager may be reached at extension 616 or by dialing 9-610-2200 from your unit phone.  Alternatively dial the Assistant General Manager at 9-671-0506.  

 

Messages  

If you are not in your residence to receive an incoming call, the unit telephone has voice mail.  If there is a message, a red light will flash on the telephone. To check your messages, lift the handset and dial 551 and listen to the tutorial. Press P (7 key) to play the message, press K (5 key) to keep messages, press D (3 key) to delete message, or press P (7 key) to play the message again.  

 

Pharmacy  

There are a number of pharmacies in San Pedro. Please ask the Front Desk for a map and directions. Telephone numbers are included on the Emergency contacts section.  

 

Religious Services  

Service times, as well as directions to nearby churches of all denominations, are available through our Front Desk by calling extension “0”.  

 

Robes  

We hope you enjoy the complimentary use of the robes while you are with us. Should you choose to take it home with you, we are happy to place the charge of $60US on your bill.  

 

Safe Deposit Boxes  

To ensure the safety of your valuables, your unit is equipped with a safe located in the Master Bedroom.   

 

Security  

After hour security personnel are on duty from 5pm – 6am.  

 

Shopping  

Stroll the streets of San Pedro and find a wealth of interesting Central American goods. The Front Desk can provide a map with shopping and dining locations. 

 

Serenity Spa 

While relaxing at Las Terrazas, we invite you to pamper yourself. Contact the Front Desk at extension “0” and inquire about our full menu of spa and massage services 

 

Smoking Areas  

We are a non-smoking resort. Smoking is allowed outdoors but prohibited in your unit. Should you choose to smoke in your room, you will be assessed a $250US extra cleaning fee. 

 

Swimming Pool Rules  

  • Pool hours are 7am - 10pm daily. 
  • No lifeguard on duty. 
  • All persons using pool do so at their own risk. 
  • Owners and Management are not responsible for accidents or injuries. 
  • Children must be supervised. 
  • No running or diving. 
  • Shower before entering. 
  • No food, glass, or smoking / vaping in pool.  
  • Unnecessary noise is not permitted. 
  • Licensed Area - Personal alcoholic beverages prohibited. 
  • Personal alcoholic beverages are to be enjoyed in your room or on private terrace only. 
  • Personal music devices prohibited unless used with earphones. 
  • Do not use the pool if you have been ill in the last 48 hours. 
  • Management reserves the right to deny use of pool to anyone at any time. 

 

Tap Water  

Water from the tap is safe and clean to drink. It is put through a Reverse Osmosis System and further filtered through the refrigerated water dispenser in your unit. If you prefer, bottled water is available for purchase through the restaurant and bars.   

 

Telephone Use  

Telephones are located in the living area and master bedroom of each unit. Telephones may be set for direct dialing by asking the Front Desk to unlock the lines. Any external calls will be charged to your room bill. To make local calls dial 9 then the 7-digit number and for international calls to the U.S. dial 9 + 001 followed by the 10-digit phone number.  

 

Transportation Dial 9, then: Elite Taxi Service 611-2344. Maya Island Air 226-2560. Tropic Air 226-2012. For assistance, please contact the Front Desk at extension “0”. 

 

Wake-Up Calls  

To set: Dial 551 and wait for tutorial then press the 9 key and set time using 24 hr clock (hhmm), example (7:30am = 0730) and hang up. You may also ask the Front Desk to set your wake-up call for you. To cancel: dial 551, wait for tutorial then dial 9 and #.  

 

Watersports Equipment  

Kayaks, Hobie Cats, and paddle boards are some of the complimentary amenities available to our guests on a first come basis. Paddles and life jackets are available at the Front Desk. WaveRunners are available for hourly rental through the Front Desk.
