In this Guest Directory, you will find useful information regarding guest services and hotel safety, along with an overview of the vast array of tours and excursions available on the island and the mainland. We encourage you to look through this guide and to acquaint yourself with the many amenities here at the resort, as well as the wide range of experiences that await you while in Belize.   

 

The Front Desk is staffed from 6am – 10pm daily with trained hospitality professionals who have extensive knowledge of the local area and daily events. The Front Desk is located under the Palapa Lobby, or you may simply dial “0” for assistance. In the event of an emergency, please contact the Front Desk or the Manager on Duty immediately. 

 

We encourage you to explore the beautiful country of Belize, take a snorkeling day trip to the famous barrier reef, visit the ancient Mayan ruins, zip line through the jungles, tube through the caves, stroll the town of San Pedro, or just relax on the beach. Whatever you choose to do, Las Terrazas’ friendly team is standing by to assist you.
