The policy that applies to your stay is the one displayed during booking and confirmed in your reservation email. We encourage you to review those terms carefully before completing your reservation.
Standard Guidance
Across most bookings, the following principles apply. Specific terms may differ depending on the offer you select, the season, and any third-party travel platform used to make the reservation.
- Changes and cancellations may be subject to notice windows and applicable fees.
- Non-refundable rates are not eligible for cancellation refunds.
- Peak season, holiday, and group bookings may carry stricter terms.
- Modifications are subject to availability and may result in a rate adjustment.
Notice Windows & Fees
While the exact notice period depends on your rate, the typical structure for flexible bookings is outlined below. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for the windows that apply to your stay.
Flexible Rates
Cancellations made outside the notice window stated in your confirmation are generally eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within the notice window may incur a fee equivalent to one or more nights of your stay.
Advance Purchase & Promotional Rates
These rates often offer the lowest pricing in exchange for stricter cancellation terms. They are typically non-refundable and any payment made at the time of booking is non-recoverable, including in the case of a no-show.
Group & Event Bookings
Group reservations, weddings, and event-related stays follow the cancellation terms set out in your signed agreement with our events team, which override the general guidance shown here.
No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and have not informed us in advance, the reservation will be treated as a no-show. Charges in line with the booked rate's terms will apply, and the remaining nights may be released.
Early Departures
Should you choose to shorten your stay after check-in, the unused nights may still be charged in line with the rate booked. Where possible, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
Refund Processing
Eligible refunds are processed to the original method of payment. Once approved, refunds typically appear within the timeframes below, though final timing depends on your bank or card issuer:
If your booking was made through a third party (a travel agent, tour operator, or online travel platform), refunds and modifications must be requested through that provider, who will coordinate directly with us.
How to Request Changes or Cancellations
For reservation changes or cancellation requests, please contact our reservations team directly so we can verify your specific booking terms and assist with the process. When reaching out, kindly have the following ready:
- Your reservation or confirmation number
- The name on the reservation
- Your arrival and departure dates
- The reason for your change or cancellation, if you wish to share it
Unforeseen Circumstances
We understand that travel can be disrupted by circumstances beyond your control. If you are affected by a serious illness, bereavement, or significant travel disruption, please reach out to us. While our standard terms still apply, we will always do our best to find a considerate resolution.
