Las Terrazas Resort on Ambergris Caye, Belize offers three dining venues: O Restaurant serves fresh, locally sourced fusion cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily from 7am to 9pm. The Rooftop Sky Lounge features sunset cocktails, dinner specials, and live music with lagoon views. Jugo Poolside Bar serves custom cocktails and freshly squeezed organic juices by the 70-foot infinity pool from 10am to 5pm. The resort also offers private beachfront dinners for 2 to 100 guests with tiki torch settings, a fire dancing show unique to Las Terrazas, a Little Chefs kids cooking program, and a Belize Food Tour excursion to local kitchens in San Pedro. Guests can bring their fishing catch and the chef will prepare it to order. Every residence has a full kitchen with grocery stocking available in our rooms and rates.

We caught a mahi mahi and the restaurant made us ceviche. Then they prepared the fish three ways. The mango sauce was one of the best sauces I have ever tasted
Catch-to-plateEdgar shows up with his cart and starts off with a quiz about the origins of the Caesar Salad. Then went through each ingredient as he prepared it. The salad was delicious
Tableside CaesarThe highlight of our vacation was the candlelight dinner on the beach and the amazing 4-course dinner prepared by the chef. It was truly an incredible evening
