The best weather is usually from late November to April, with sunny days and lower humidity. Green season (May to October) brings warmer weather and occasional rain, but also fewer crowds.
Fly into Belize City (BZE), then take a 15-minute flight or 90-minute water taxi to San Pedro. We're a short walk or golf cart ride from the airport.
Yes, Wi-Fi is available on property. Speed and stability are generally good for regular browsing, messaging, and email, though they may vary slightly depending on weather and island network conditions.

Our residences have full kitchens, and we can arrange cribs, high chairs, and pack-and-plays on request. The private beach has calm, shallow water that's ideal for younger swimmers, and the main pool has a gradual entry. Let us know your kids' ages when you book and we'll have everything ready.
Sargassum is a seasonal seaweed that affects Caribbean beaches, typically between March and September. Las Terrazas has the only dedicated Surf Rake machine on Ambergris Caye. The shoreline is groomed every morning before guests wake up.
No minimum. Our elopement package is designed for just the two of you, and we host weddings from 2 to 110 guests. Every celebration is personal, whether intimate or grand.
San Pedro town is about 3.5 miles south, a 20-minute golf cart ride or water taxi. The resort can arrange golf cart rental for island exploring, or the concierge can book taxis. Secret Beach is a 15-minute drive north.

Yes. Our residences have full kitchens, and the calm private beach is perfect for kids. We offer family experiences like snorkeling and beach games.
Bring swimwear, reef-safe sunscreen, a towel, a hat, sunglasses, and a dry change of clothes. If you use one, bring your prescription mask as well.

About 3.5 miles north of town. You can rent a golf cart and drive there in 15 to 20 minutes, or take the Coastal Express water taxi that runs every two hours from the resort dock. Close enough for a night out, far enough for complete quiet.
Yes. Daily housekeeping is included, with fresh towels, tidying, and restocking to keep your residence comfortable throughout your stay.
Yes. Las Terrazas has one of the largest stretches of private white sand beach on Ambergris Caye. Sargassum (seaweed) can appear seasonally throughout the Caribbean, but our team maintains the beach daily and the island has invested in removal equipment to minimize impact.
Book these in advance, especially during busy travel periods. They are limited by weather, schedules, and operator availability.
We recommend booking 9 to 12 months in advance, especially for peak season (December through April). Elopements and intimate ceremonies can often be arranged with shorter lead times.
Safety comes first. If weather conditions affect an excursion, we will help you reschedule or choose an alternative day or experience based on availability.
Yes. Fly into Belize City (BZE), then take a 20-minute domestic flight to San Pedro. Our driver meets you at the airstrip and brings you to the marina, where a private boat takes you to the resort in about 10 minutes. Add transfers during booking or contact the concierge.
The 70-foot infinity pool is the centerpiece of the resort. It\'s large enough for laps, surrounded by lounge chairs and private cabanas, with Jugo Poolside Bar for drinks and fresh juices. Open from sunrise to sunset.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Belize has brief tropical showers that typically pass quickly. Your wedding coordinator will have a backup plan ready, including covered areas at O Restaurant and the Rooftop Sky Lounge. Many couples find that a short rain shower makes for dramatic, memorable photos.
Yes. Las Terrazas welcomes outside photographers and videographers. Many couples choose local Belizean photographers familiar with the island's light and landscapes, and our wedding coordinator can recommend trusted vendors.
