Yes. Las Terrazas has one of the largest stretches of private white sand beach on Ambergris Caye. The beach is great for walking, swimming off the dock, and lounging in hammocks. The 70-foot infinity pool is steps away. The Belize Barrier Reef is a short boat ride out for snorkeling and diving.
Yes. Las Terrazas sits on one of the largest private beachfronts on Ambergris Caye. The sand is maintained daily with the island's only Surf Rake, and beach access is exclusive to resort guests. Cabanas, hammocks, and chaise lounges are complimentary and never reserved.
San Pedro town is about 3.5 miles south, a 20-minute golf cart ride or water taxi. The resort can arrange golf cart rental for island exploring, or the concierge can book taxis. Secret Beach is a 15-minute drive north.
Yes. Our residences have full kitchens, and the calm private beach is perfect for kids. We offer family experiences like snorkeling and beach games.
Reservations at the refundable rate can be cancelled with a full refund up to 31 days before arrival. Within 31 days, the reservation is non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. To make changes, contact us directly.
Fly into Belize International (BZE), then take a 20-minute commuter flight to San Pedro. Our driver Walter meets you at the airstrip and brings you to the marina. From there, it is a 10-minute private boat ride to the resort. Most guests say the boat arrival is the highlight of their first day. We arrange everything for you.
We work with experienced local operators and guides. Certifications vary by activity (for example, diving). Ask us about a specific tour and we will confirm details.
Yes. Share your travel dates and interests and we will help you build an itinerary. You can adjust plans once you arrive.
Absolutely. Las Terrazas Resort welcomes all couples. While Belize does not currently offer legal same-sex marriage, we host beautiful commitment ceremonies and celebrations of love for all couples.

Our reservations team is available Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Central Time.
Book these in advance, especially during busy travel periods. They are limited by weather, schedules, and operator availability.
Included with your stay: kayaks, paddleboards, Hobie Cats, aqua bikes, fishing rods, bicycles, WiFi, daily bottled water, daily housekeeping, and beach and pool facilities. Extra charge: spa treatments, dining, golf cart rental, airport transfers, and guided tours and excursions.
We do not allow pets at this time, with the exception of service animals. Please contact us if you have specific needs.
Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need flexibility, ask our team and we will do our best based on availability.

Yes. Las Terrazas has one of the largest stretches of private white sand beach on Ambergris Caye. Sargassum (seaweed) can appear seasonally throughout the Caribbean, but our team maintains the beach daily and the island has invested in removal equipment to minimize impact.
