What happens
Cast off
Meet at the resort dock. Board your private fishing boat and ride five minutes to the barrier reef. Your guide rigs the rods and picks the spot based on the day's conditions, tides, and where the fish are running.
Fish the reef
Anchor inside the reef next to the Belize Barrier Reef and drop your lines. Snapper, yellowtail, grouper, jacks, and barracuda are the targets. The guide baits your hook, helps you cast, and coaches you through every catch. No experience needed. The fish here are plentiful and the reef is alive with marine life around you.
Clean and cook
Head back to the resort dock. Your guide cleans and fillets your catch on the spot. Walk it to the restaurant kitchen and the chef prepares it for your dinner that evening. Your fish, your way.
